Can't select a color

May 4, 2012 4:21 PM

Hi, I'm new to CS5.   I'm using a MacPro version 10.6.8.

I was trying to draw something  on a blank page using a brush but I can't seem to get the brush color to change by selecting a color from the Color Picker.  I've chosen red and green but they just show up as different shades of grey.

Appreciate any help.

Thanks

Check the document mode under Image>Mode and see if using RGB Color helps.

Or make sure your not painting on a layer mask or have a channel selected or your not in the Quick Mask mode.

Blimey...  I think the rest of us can give up and go home!
