CS6 File import failure,Error "The file has no audio or video streams"

I installed adobe cs6 in trial,but when I trying to use premiere ,It cannot import mp4 video recorded by Sony .

 

The recorded video with xml file,and some infomation in xml :

But this mp4 file I can play with media player.My OS info:

OS:Windows 7 X64 SP1.

CPU:Intel i7 860

RAM:8G

    The trial for CS6 is not yet officially available.  You might do well to uninstall that version and wait until you can get it from proper channels.

    Todd's message 7 in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/994129 says that "some" people have been able to download the CS6 trial

     

    But, until CS6 and the trial are available to everyone, CS6 questions may have to go unanswered

    Correct. CS6 software is not officially available. I'll give the benefit of the doubt here to folks who may have gotten CS6 software due to a mistake on the Adobe website that provided the CS6 trial version when the CS5.5 trial version was selected. But we won't be supporting software that hasn't been released yet.

    how about now?

    I'm getting this with SONY EX3 mp4 files.... Premiere CS6.

     

     

    edit: imported in Media Encoder and exported. now it's importing in Premiere CS6.

     

    but I don't want to use Media Enconder. I always copied the .mp4 from the SxS card to HDD, and then imported to Premiere CS5.5 with no problems.

    Doesn't the EX3 record Long GOP MPEG2?  How then, did you get MP4 files?

    The EX records MPEG2 in a MP4 wrapper.

    I'm sorry.. I'm not good with terms and specs.

     

    All I know is.. I'm not doing nothing different that I always did with Premiere CS5.5 and CS5.

     

    > record

    > connect camera

    > copy .mp4 from SxS to my HDD

    > import with Premiere CS5.5

     

    BUT... When I try to import that exactly same file, all I get is:

    You should copy the complete BPAV directory, not the .mp4 files and then import from the Media Browser.

    like I said,,, with Premiere CS5.5 I always copied ONLY the .mp4, imported and works 100%.

     

    I did that just now with the same file I'm trying to import in Premiere CS6.

    and works.

    Try what Harm suggested.  He outlined the proper method.  With AVCHD, you copy the entire PRIVATE folder structure, and with XDCAM you copy the entire BPAV folder structure.

     

    CS6.0.1 for sure, and maybe CS6.0, changed how XDCAM footage is handled by Pr, so what worked for you in CS5.5 may not work in CS6.

    yes,it works now for me.

     

    the cause I founded is unregistered premiere do not support HD video.
