No minimise maximize buttons when I open a PDF

Whenever I open a pdf for this one user there are no minimize and maximize buttons on the top right.  There only the X button to close out.

When she opens Acrobat they appear but once she opens a PDF they dissappear.  The document is not in full screen since it's not taking up the full screen.

 

I tried looking through view options and even did a Acrobat Repair but still the same.

 

Any help would be apprecieated, thanks.

 

Acrobat vesrion 8, windows 7 64bit

    For Windows 7 64 bit upgrade to Acrobat X.

    Thanks, but I think it's an issue with the one user since it works aon 19 other identical machines.  They're new machines and she didnt know if it was like that when she first used it.

    Im guessing she must have changed some setting or something cause it makes no sense that it's just that one user.
