Old mother board died, now need to transfer to new laptop.

May 4, 2012 12:07 PM

My old motherboard died in my PC, I got a new (way better) system and reloaded my Photoshop Elements.

That works, however I know I am able to run it on two units, so I went to install on my new laptop only to be given a message that I needed to de-activate Photoshop on the old system.

I can't deactivate the original, its dead.

I was able to get AutoCAD to reissue me a new product code to get my laptop going,  now where do I go to get Photoshop to get me a new code?????

Thank You!

Well, then call back then. That is the way to correct activation problems.
