Webhelp generated from Adobe Robohelp 7 doesnot open the books in TOC other than first book, unless until the first book is opened. To open a book, the first book should be opened first. Is this the property of Webhelp? How can this be fixed? If not, how should the users be informed about this?
Do you mean the help only opens with the first book open or that unless the user opens the first book, no other book can be opened thus preventing the user from going straight to the second book?

This rings a bell and I think it has cropped up on the forums before. Does it occur with other browsers or just one? If the latter, which browser?

I have had a quick look through a couple of the forums and cannot find anything on this. Can anyone else recall this being an issue?
To search the forums first type something like "first book" in Ask a Question. That well return all hits from Adobe's entire product range so then type "Robo" in the filter that will be available. You will then see a list of RoboHelp forums. Select one and click Search to get filtered results. You have to try each RoboHelp forum in turn.
If that does not help, try another project such as one of the samples.
