site not showing correctly

Using device central I can see my responsive website shows incorrectly when compared to other emulators on the web. The only devices that shows correctly are Iphone4 and 3gs. Its almost as though the screen size is not detected and the website shows In full screen mode and is not responsive, do i have to change some setting somewhere?

 

example using http://www.mobilephoneemulator.com/ on blackberry 8900

    Ok the more I use Device Central the more I think its a waste of space. I am guessing but maybe wrong that it does not read @media queries as every phone i test on it does not display correcty when comparing to other phone emulators.

     

    If this is correct then whats the point of this software
