Problem wit External webcam

Hello Currently when i want to go with the external cam online it only gives me a screenshot for example chatroullet , and my cam inside the computer is working over there.

I did all i could and people told me to tell my problem over here:

 

1 i install my cam and reinstall

2 i remove flash and reinstall

3 i tried on a diffrent pc the external cam works perfect everywhere just not in online modus i only get a sceenshot .

 

Help is welcome because the quality on the internal cam sucks . And it worked perfect before so could anyone tell me what to do to make it work ( cam name is hercules optical glass )

    This is not the proper forum to discuss webcams.  This is the forum for discussing Adobe's raw file converter for still cameras.

     

    Not sure what the proper forum would be but perhaps a moderator will see this and move it.
