Are the Middle Eastern versions included in the creative cloud membership?
Creative Cloud members can download and install CS6 applications in any language in which the products are available. However, Creative Cloud Membership is not available in all countries. I recommend checking the FAQ for a listing of countries to see if it is available in your location first.

see question:
In what countries can I buy a membership to Creative Cloud?

Does this mean that I can install an ME version of InDesign via Creative Cloud [when downloading from the UK]? I need all the support tools for Right-to-Left languages. Does the standard English language version have these features included.
Does the ME version UI come in English or is it in the the selected language?

Here is some info about how world ready is/was InDesign: http://www.thomasphinney.com/2009/01/adobe-world-ready-composer/ and http://in-tools.com/products/plugins/world-tools/ here is a "hidden tip" about RTL: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4398752
But, for CS6, it seems that Adobe handles the ME scripts, as seen as: http://blogs.adobe.com/vikrant/2012/05/indesign-cs6-indic-support-and- preferences/
This page says that you can buy and update to the ME version from Adobe, but no word if it is included in the Creative cloud: http://www.adobe-direct.com/uk/products/indesign/features._sl_id-conte ntfilter_sl_featuredisplaytypes_sl_new.html
And here is a page about the ME text features in the Middle Eastern/North African version of InDesign: http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/indesign/using/arabic-hebrew.ht ml
I still can't find a solution to work with Arabic in CS6 until a ME version is available, The in-tools.com World Pro plugin doesn't mention anywhere on their site compatiblity with CS6, and from what I have heard WinSoft who previously provided plugins for InDesign will not provide any further products as Adobe have bought this part of the business upon themselves.
CCM? if that means Creative Cloud Membership, then yes I have already subscribed and have the standard CS6 Indesign installed. My Previous setup was Indesign CS4 with the WinSoft - ScribeDOOR plugin. This was working brilliantly until I installed OSX Lion! This caused problems with ScribeDOOR not working.
Having spoken to WinSoft they mentioned upgrading to CS5.5, This I felt was a little pointless as CS6 was about to be released, but I have now come to learn that despite Indesign CS6 having the World Ready Composer it still doesn't provide the full features that I had with the ScribeDOOR plugin using Indesign CS4!

The only solution i can think of is getting the CS6 Indesign ME version somehow, if its even available that is! I was assuming it would have been an option within the CCM.

Yeah, CCM is Creative Cloud Membership, Sorry ![]()
If you have CCM you might already have access to the ME versions of PS, IL, and ID then.
You would need to set the language preferences in AAM to a ME language before installing. So uninstall ID CS6 if currently installed, set the language in Adobe Application Manager preferences to English - Arabic or English - Hebrew (these are written in these languages), then install ID again and it should be the ME version.
Let me know if you have questions, I'd check the preferences first to see if these languages are listed.

You are a genius David_B
I did as your mentioned and now I get the features I needed in terms of adjusting diacritical marks... etc.
I checked the version and can confirm it mentions it as an Middle Eastern Version 8.0.
I am assuming that I haven't lost any functionality from the standard version, rather the ME version adds further functionality?
This is brilliant, no need to purchase any plugins for the mean time.
Much obliged
