How to change sequence setting after editing?

For some odd reason my sequence got set for PAL instead of NTSC and I edited the project. This seems to be a setting that can't be changed simply by Sequence > Sequence Settings. Please tell me I don't have to re-edit this whole show. Thanks for any advice that avoids that. (PP CS4, v.4.0.0)

Make new seqeunce and copy everything from PAL sequence to new seqeunce.
And btw update to version 4.2.1.
