What are some of your favorite presets for lightroom?  Especially black & white?

What are some of your favorite presets for lightroom?  I havent found a b&w that I like yet, i guess its personal preference.  Any  suggestions would be great

    A couple of points

     

    - What are your criteria for liking a b&w preset?

    - No b&w preset suits every image

     

    Also, have you tried Silver Efex Pro?
