Urgent-impossible download folio

Hi,

We download the new version of Folio Builder Panel and now we can't download the magazine of the app. This is a huge problem because is the second number of a digital magazine that is a special number of mother's day.

We need the former version of the Folio Producer tools and the Folio Builder Panel, but this tools are not avaliable. Where can we find them? This is really urgent!

    Did you just install the Folio Builder panel, or did you update the tools as well? If you updated the tools and need to go back to a previous version, see the section near the bottom of this article:

    Thank you Bob,

    I just update the Folio Builder Panel, because i did have any choice to upload the magazine. It seems that i need always to upload the Folio Builder Panel. I don't what to do right now, we don't manage the schudler of Apple to aprove the upload of the App to download the magazine.

    Do you have any other solution for download the magazine?

    I'm not sure why you're not able to download the magazine. Does the magazine not appear in the library? Does it fail during download?

    The magazine does appear in the library.

    No, it doesn't fail during the download. But shows a message that says: "Upload your app at the Appstore". So when you go to Appstore the upload of the app is not available because Apple is in period of aproval of the upload. Do you have any idea of the period of aproval of an upload version?

    Updating only the Folio Builder panel doesn't cause that problem. That should happen only if you install a new set of tools. You can either wait until Apple approves, which takes anywhere between a few days and several weeks (but usually about a week), or you can roll back to a previous set of tools and update any articles that you created or edited with the new tools, and then update the folio.
