Error messages HELP

Of course when I have worked through everything else and I am ready to send the form I created, there is an issue:

When I open the form I receive "this operation is not permitted" I click "ok" twice and the form comes up. I went to open the form in livecycle and I get these two messages.

I am not sure what I did?!?!?

The first screenshot I am not sure because I do not see any message..

The second one is normal. It says you are trying to open a PDF on which the Reader Extensions applied. If you want to modify the form, choose Yes and continue. You may need to apply the Reader extension rights beore you send it to users.

If you still have issues, send the form to LiveCycle9@gmail.com, so I can have a look at it.

I don’t know what the first one means either…. It shows up with no message then the second message pops up.
