Buttons for file attachments are not activated

1. I've created a form using Acrobat Pro 9 with embedded Livecycle Designer ES2.

2. One of actions used in this form is pressing a buttons to attach a file.

When opening file with Acrobat Reader X the buttons are not activated. What's can be the problem?

    Hi,

     

    Adobe Reader isn't able to attach files by default.

    To enable this feature, the form needs very special rights (Reader Extensions) which can only be applied with LiveCycle Reader Extensions.
