Issue importing Alternative Layout with Folio Builder

Tags:Testing the Alternative Layout functions within InDesign CS6 at the moment and I have created 4 Alternative Layouts (is that 1 Layout and 3 Alternative Layouts???). The Alternative Layouts I have created are:
iPad 3 (2048 x 1536)
iPad 2 (1024 x 768)
iPhone 4S (960 x 640)
iPhone 3 (480 x320)
It all works great in InDesign. Problem is when I try to import it to DPS with the Folio Builder Panel. I get the following error:
Content generation error.
[Error: Multiple page sizes within a document are not supported.]
See screenshot attached. Anyone else seeing this problem?
Importing alternate layouts still isn't supported.
