DW5.5 not recognising Adobe ID account

Hi there,

 

Today started using Dreamweaver for the first time and have built a test site following adobe tutorials.

 

I have an adobe ID and password and have updated it to work with my current email address.

 

I have tried to preview my efforts in BrowserLab and DW5.5 (Mac) doesn't recognise my account details.

 

However, if I log onto Adobe.com, and access BrowserLab I have been able to view my files.

 

Why does DW not recognise my account and automatically connect to BL?

    Can you please provide more detail about what you see as you try and preview in Browserlab from within Dw? Specifically:

    1. Are you prompted for your AdobeID and Password?

    2. Do you get a success message when you logged in?

    3. Does the BrowserLab Panel in Dw show that Dw is connected to BrowserLab?
