I unwittingly purchased CS4 test (why they even offer these old tests stumps me). I contacted Pearson Vue and I said they should be CS5 test, but they said I'm out of luck. I paid $580 for expired tests and they are not working with me to get the proper ones scheduled. I know I'm a knucklehead for accidently clicking on

insead of (maybe you can see how this is an honest mistake)

but is it unreasonable to ask them to work with me on this? I mean, why is CS4 even in the offering list? And why is CS5 burried at the bottom of that list? And what kind of customer-respecting business takes $580 of your money and provides you with nothing in return?
