My first question:
Is there a way of creating two "tables" or "lists" where i can drag items between them?
Like this if you could drag "bat" from the left table and drop it in the right table.
When i export my layers to PNG its PPI is set to 72. I want to change that to 150, is there a way to do this with scripting.
I am throwing in a third question!
My script is looping through layers and exporting them but the script does not wait for the first export to be done but starts them all at the same time wich occasionally makes Illustrator crash.
Is there a way to wait for the export to be done before going on to the next one. I know i can wait x numbers of seconds but small files could take 2 seconds to export and some files 9 seconds so that not reliable.
In answer to question 2… No with script you can only change the scaling to compensate the actual resolution needs to be adjusted afterwards with another app/utility… To question 1… I would say NO but couldn't be 100% AS for your exports have you tried including app.redraw() to refresh the GUI it may also slow your script just enough…
two dialogs open at the same time? I would think you would have access to the top-most window only, right? post your code, we may come up with alternatives, maybe not drag and drop but we could probably move and/or copy bat from one List to another.
I dont have any acutall code. I´m just thinking on how my GUI should work and looks like and a drag and drop would be nice
I can problably solve it with to list and an arrow that moves the object from one list to another.
