Are you downloading or trying to install? Where are you choosing to download the install files too? Which operating system are you using?

i downloaded it and tried to open it to install it and there is nothing.

Windows 7 Ultimate

RAM: 1.5 Gb

So the download is complete? Did you purchase a subscription to Adobe Muse? Where are you downloading it from exactly?

Are you able to doubleclick on Muse_1_0_CCM_LS10.exe or are you getting stuck when trying to run the Akamai Netsession installer?

i'm able to doubleclick on that file, then it puts a folder on the desktop and i doubleclick the setup file, then nothing.

The name of the folder should be Adobe Muse CS6 is that what you are seeing? Inside that folder there will be an Adobe CS6 folder and inside of that is the setup.exe.

that is correct, but when i tried to open the setup, nothing happened...should i use it as an admin?

Ok so it does appear that you do have access to setup.exe. Yes you will require administrator access to install the software.

i've tried that and still nothing...so i gave up, not going to try again..every other adobe software has worked for me, except this one...so i'm giving up on this and trying someone else's software.

In windows you find in this Muse.exe extention to the folder inslatar muse cs6 adobe / adobe cs6 / payloads / adobemuse1.0-mul / muse.exe so I worked on the Mac lionand just try and work on windows
