Error 102?

I get a message  " Error extracting the product installer (Error 102) Try downloading the product again."

 

I'm new to the Mac World and am getting really frustrated on what to do.  Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you solve it?

    1 - Uninstall AIR from your system:

    On OS X: /Applications/Utilities/Adobe AIR Uninstaller.app

    On Windows: Control Panel -> Uninstall a Program -> Adobe AIR 

     

    2 - Remove any versions of Muse from your system:

    On OS X: Delete Muse from your Applications directory

    On Windows: Control Panel -> Uninstall a Program -> Muse (code name)

     

    3 - Try the "Get Muse" download link on muse.adobe.com again

     

    Hope this helps. If the issue persists, a screenshot would help displaying the error message.
