Download Error

Hi,

 

I have been trying to download Creative Suite 6 and I downloaded the akamai downloader but when I tried to download the bundle, I got to 50% and then it came up with this error message: Disk Error (The specified file or directory does not exist or cannot be found).

I tried to restart the download and now it's not downloading at all and keeps coming up with the same message

    Are you downloading at the default location , or customized location?

     

    Download the software on the desktop and then check.

    I used the default and then changed it to a custom file. I have now just tried the Desktop and it is still giving me the same message

    Use the direct download link for CS6 ,it might help

    Alicesmgrp what do you mean you change it to a custom file?  The Adobe Download Assistant only allows you to select the location to download too.  Are you then going to that location and changing the filename?
