CRASH REPORT

I have uninstalled Elements 8 thinking that maybe if I did this I would get my photo effects back, but I just keep getting a message that tells me it crashed when I open the EDIT part of the program. I have NO problem with the ORGANIZER, it opens fine, but when I open the EDIT I get the report.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Delete the preferences to restore factory settings. Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Alt while launching the program or delete the pertinent files in your user home directory.
