Flash works on Google Crome but not on Internet Explorer. What is the issue?

What is the issue?

You have not installed Flash correctly. Chrome has Flash built-in, so that is irrelevant, but al lotehr browsers require Flash to be installed with the plug-ins from Adobe.

I have followed all of the steps provided. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still does not work...
