cant download purchaces to pc

I have 2 books waiting to download but when i try it constantly brings up the sign in box every time as if details arnt correct

    What application is asking you to sign in?

     

    If it's Digital Editions, then I have to ask if you registered with Adobe

    before you downloaded and installed ADE.  If you did not, you will get this

    message....
