cannot find Xtra file ""

Hello all,

I am creating a projector file and when publishing there is an error saying : cannot find Xtra file '''

Any idea what i am suppose to do to resolve this? also does this have anything to do with the font not being correct size in the projector file or is that a different issue?

    Which xtra file does the projector ask for?

     

    The solution I prefer for creating a projector is to:

     

    1) Choose File > Publish Settings

    2) Click on the File tab

    3) Select the Exclude All Xtras checkbox

    4) Click Publish

     

    This will create a folder named Xtras alongside your projector.

    If any xtra files are missing, you can place a copy of the missing xtra in this Xtras folder.

    Thanks for the Reply!

    I tried it. now i don't get the error. but my text is all screwed up. the font does not appear to be correct. it is Arial, but i think the spacing is weird!

    anyway to fix that?

    Which xtras do you see listed in the Modify -> Movie -> Xtras... dialog?
