I have a website set up with web forms with customer inquiry workflow attached to it.
A form has been submitted, with no workflow triggered. I checked the webform and the customer inquiry workflow was definitely set.
I found the record of the submission in the Live fedd for the site. When I click on it there is no info there from the form.
When I click on the customer case/workflows/trigger workflow option I get the message Workflow process has been initiated and complete. This may be due to a workflow with no steps.
Is there something wrong with Workflows at the moment? I noticed that the May3rd update was fixing a problem with workflows.
I would log a job for this, but my customer needs an answer earlier than 3 days time!

I have taken some screenshots now. There are two forms, both very similar. One generates a workflow with the form fields in it (last submission date on this form 3rd of May) and the other does not contain the form fields (submission date 4th of May)
Both forms are set up with customer workflows and there is only one admin email on the site.

There are two web forms, one Employer Rego and Login seems to generate
workflow emails and have the fields in it when you look at the case in
the back end.
The other, problem one, Student Rego and Login, did not generate a
workflow when submitted on 4th May. I have reinserted the form on the
page and tested again. Still waiting for a workflow email, and when I go
to Live feed, there are no form fields to view in the case.
I have attached screenshots of the cases showing Employer with the
fields and Student form with no form fields showing. Weird.

Since you didn't supply the URL of the page that fomr is on I created a new page, placed the form onto it and I got the workflow:
I did notice that you've had the same role in Escalate To in the workflow step, which I have removed as you're not using that part of the workflows. This might have been causing the issue. Let us know if you've received this same workflow.
