Force landscape view

I am creating an Flex Mobile App that is mostly portrait. I do have a few views I need to be landscape. In design view I choose landscape but when viewed in simulator/device it shows as portrait. Is there a property or something I can set on the view to force it to be landscape?

You can also use Stage.setAspectRatio in case you want to easily support both orientations of a particular aspect ratio.

Hi James,

Go to Edit in Your Application-app.xml in your mobile project

<aspectRatio>landscape</aspectRatio>

This will opens your mobile application in "landscape" Orientation
