How to stop re-connection function?

When  I have displayed SMP Player(1.5) and leave it for a couple of minutes, the video content will automatically been started, even if I did not click a play botton.

Please let me know how to avoid it.

I guess it is caused by the re-connection function.  How can I stop the function?
