Which user name is password you are trying to use ? In order to get access to daycare you need to do following,
1) Create an Adobe ID https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm
2) If you are already a partner or customer, Ask some one who already have daycare account to raise day care account request for you using your Adobe ID you just created.
