We have created a pdf writeable "e-workbook." This pdf document is created and mailed through Adobe Acrobat Pro X. There is a submit form document in the workbook linked to an email address. Some of the students are able to click on the submit form button and the e-workbook is returned in perfect order. Others cannot even save the workbook, never mind being able to use the submit form button. We have tried all kinds of workarounds but are mostly fustrated at this point. The participants are also fustrated because they are losing all there work when they try to save their work. We are beginning to think it is on the end users computer but are not sure. Any suggestions or advice would be helpful.
