Cloud is very slow

Tags:hi there,
everytime i upload a article in the cloud i have to wait at least one hour till content viewer tells me that theres an update for my folio. can i manually update my folio in my content viewer so i can see the changes i did in my indesign instantly on the ipad?
this is really annoying and it takes way too long
