Having trouble downloading InDeisgn trial

I've gone through all the stages of the Adobe Download Assistant to download InDeisgn CS6 trial and it seems to download fine but then when it finishes downloading and tries to open the program a box comes up on the screen saying 'Warning: The following disk images couldn't be opened: InDesign_8_LS16.dmg - reason: Invalid Checksum

Can you help please? I'm on a Macbook Pro, version 10.6.8.

Thanks!

It appears that the download is corrupted.  Have you tried initiating the download again?

You maybe over to override the checking of the checksum.  You can do this by doing the following:

Go to Applications/Utilities and open the Disk Utility

Go to the Disk Utility menu and select Preferences

Turn off the option to verify checksums

You should then be able to mount the image.  I would recommend turning this feature back on after the installation is complete.

Your welcome please keep watching for this issue to crop up in the future.  It is usually related to the Internet connection which is being utilized.
