Interactive document problem

Hi,

 

A client want an interactice document which he can mail to his clients. Witch sliding pictures. How do I make this? Because I cant get it working as interactive PDF. It needs to work on different platfoms and mobile deviceso an ipad, pc or macbook

 

Who can help me?

 

BT i Use CS5.5 with all the latetst updates.

    Animation created through Animation Panel in Indesign doesn't work in PDF , check SWF format , might that help

    Not on an iPad it won’t.

     

     

     

    In short, the OP’s client is living in a dream world. Until PDF readers get a lot better this just isn’t happening in one file.

     

     

     

    At some point it’s all going to be HTML5/CSS3

    What is my best option to do? Is it possible to make a foliofile which i can Email? and maybo a swf to or a air with flash catalyst for pc/mac

    folio file require Content viewer to view them on windows and Mac , which people have to download specifically for your file.

     

    not aware about flash catalyst!!

    No, you can’t email a folio, but you can share it.

     

     

     

    Details for that are in the DPS forum, not here.

     

     

     

    You need to manage your client’s expectations here.

    Well I've got the idea that it could be possible from a AdobeTV where terry white (i've i'm right) made .isseu files from it and putted it on his Ipad.

     

    Why do they make it look so easy in those videos

     

    Now i'm thinking about making a AIR file with Flash catalyst and maybe put it in the app store.

    Issue files are not support anymore. That was a very early method of getting DPS content on iPads.
