Cannot create digital ID in Acrobat X

When attempting to create a new digital ID with Adobe Acrobat X, I am not prompted for a key algorithm or to confirm password.  When I click finsih, with no prompt to confirm password, I get a message that the passwords do not match.

    I have the same problem and this issue seems to have been reported for Acrobat 9, and Acrobat X elsewhere in the forum for as far back as 2008.  When will this issue be addressed?

    We had adjusted the text to 125%, thus pushing the text and box out of view.  The dialog box didn't resize to accommodate.  Resizing the font to 100% solved the problem for us.

    As a workaround to this issue thry the below mentioned

     

    It would not show the confirm password field to you, hence what you need to do is after you input your password press tab once and input the password again to confirm it. Click finish

     

    Workflow would be like:

     

    1. Enter password
    2. press tab once
    3. retype your password
    4. click finish

    That does it as does a previous suggestion to set the display size on the control panel to 100% vs where it was at 125%. With the former method, you cannot see the box for confirming password; with the latter, you can.
