When attempting to create a new digital ID with Adobe Acrobat X, I am not prompted for a key algorithm or to confirm password. When I click finsih, with no prompt to confirm password, I get a message that the passwords do not match.
I have the same problem and this issue seems to have been reported for Acrobat 9, and Acrobat X elsewhere in the forum for as far back as 2008. When will this issue be addressed?
As a workaround to this issue thry the below mentioned
It would not show the confirm password field to you, hence what you need to do is after you input your password press tab once and input the password again to confirm it. Click finish
