    We'll need more information to be able to help you.  Can you tell us:

     

    • Operating system version (including 32bit or 64bit edition)
    • Web browser and version (including 32bit or 64bit edition)
    • The Flash Player version
    • Give us a brief explanation of the problem, the URL which is failing and please include any additional information you feel is important
