I have just purchased Teacher/Student version of Dreamweaver CS5.5. Autoplay didn't activate and there doesn't appear to be an .exe file on the CD. How do I install?
Thanks

Hi Manish
I have been in touch with the software supplier and it looks like I mistakenly ordered the MAC, although I must say it wasn't clear to me on the website I just picked what I thought was the latest Dreamweaver from their dropdown list - I have been in touch and they are now asking Adobe whether they can exchange the software. I hope so as its too much of a loss if they won't replace it, can't afford to rebuy........
Thanks for your help.
Jean
Dear Jeff
Manish suggested you might be able to help as I am in a bit of a pickle. I ordered the software from Phoenix Software and as far as I was concerned ordered the Windows operating system. The products were on a long list and I picked the one which appeared to be the Windows system, however they are telling me that I clicked the MAC OS which must have been listed together. They now tell me that Adobe will not refund the product because it was opened (which is how we knew it was the wrong one - it wouldn't load). So I am in a bad situation with software I can't sell on because its a teacher/student version and can't equally afford the correct version because my money is tied up in this product. Is there any way Adobe can help?
Many thanks
Jean
