Elements 10 DVD will not run

Hi I have just purchased Elements 10 and when trying to install, the first DVD will not autorun. I am running OS 10.6.8.

I tried to go into the DVD through Finder, to run the autorun and also the Installer but they just open up in Quick Edit.

Any help woulld eb appreciated.

Could it be that you're trying to use the Windows DVD? The operating system is probably marked on the DVD, so could you just double check that you're using the correct disc. Let us know you're able to install after following the instructions.

Hi Vikrant

You are right. The box says that the product is for bot Windows and Mac OS but you can only see in very small writting that the Mac install does not start with DVD1.
