You have all been so helpful, I apologize for asking so much but this project was thrown in my lap so I went in blind.....

I created a form in Design View, the employer made a ton of changes so I thought I should move everything to the Master Page, I am not sure what the Master Page is for.  I started moving fields from Design to Master and now see that everything on the Master page is on ALL of the pages in Design view.  Is there a reason to use the Master Page or should I continue to just use Design View?

Thank you!!!

Heather

Master page is usually used to place the Header and footer info that needs to be displayed in all the pages of the form. To display the Page Numbers, Form Numbers etc..

So if the content is specific to one page only, then keep it on Design View/ Body page. Else move it to the Master page.

    Thanks
