Quick Key Question

Hi,

 

I am fimiliar assigning quick key commands.  However when I try to assign a quick key command to the function "Crop and Straighten Photos" (under File/Automate) it doesn't work.   When I do it manually it works fine, but NOT when I assign this specific quick key command.  I've tried using a variety of combinations to no avail.  Every other quick key command I assign works fine.

 

Any ideas why this one doesn't work?
