ActionScript chart serie starting position

When i create a chart in flex via ActionScript its has a diference that i need to fix. The starting edge its not tha same:
Normal versus ActionScript mode:
The first image is when we create an explicit chart. Looks ok. But im doing something in ActionScript that makes the first column hide a bit.
Anyone knows why it can be?
