Error install

Please, anyone knows some tip to solve this problem with instalation.

Mu clients and I tried already reinstall Folio Producer/Builder and InDesign many times...

 

Until now I've never seen this kind instalation problem. The panels areCaptura de Tela 2012-05-07 às 23.04.50.png empty

    I would try deleting your preferences first.  Quit indesign, relaunch indesign and immediately hold down command-option-control-shift on mac or ctrl-alt-shift on windows.  It should then ask if you want to delete the preferences, if it doesn't try again.
