Deregistering PE9 from a dead system

I installed PE9 last year on my PC. the PC system disk died and crashed and I used that as a reason to update my system to a new one. Installed PE9 on the new system - no problem as I can install on two systems. I now want to install PE9 on a laptop but can't deregister it from my old system as it no longer is in existence an the system disk that it was installed on crashed and was unusable. How can I deregister pe9??
