How to save an editable PDF as a non-editable PDF

Acrobat 9 Pro

Using a fillable PDF form but I need to save it as a finalized (non-editable) PDF.

I thought I would see an obvious option to save-as a read only document but I dont see it.

So far I have been saving as jpegs and then importing back in to "create a PDF from multiple files".

That works fine but isn't there a faster way?

    With the preflight tool of Acrobat Pro you can flatten the form fields.

    Thank you. That did it.

    I had to dig for a while until I figured out the Preflight tool.

     

    For anyone who needs a more specific answer I went to:

    Tools\Print Production\Preflight\PDF Fixups\Flatten annotations and form fields.
