Urgent problem with two renditions

We've published an issue of our magazine (GameStar DE) with renditions for the old and the new ipad. But there was serious trouble with the publication process. After the hd version of the issue was published ipad 3 could buy and download the issue. But after the sd version was online the apps can't connect to the servers anymore for updating the library on the ipad 3.  The aren't any problems on iPad 1 and 2. What could be wrong?

    Did you publish the HD version as Retail and Public with the same Product ID? Is it a subscription app in Newsstand? If so, did you specify the same Publication Date (selected from the Calendar widget) for the renditions?

    Yes, it's a subscription app in the newsstand.

     

    What makes the renditions so special? It's a special issue which shouldn't be a part of the subscription. So the publishing date is set in the future. Both have the same publishing date:

    2019-05-09

     

    They have both the same id: de.idgentertainment.kiosk.gamestar.special.0004_2012

    If your publication date is set in the future (2019), it will fall out of your customers' subscription date range. For example, if I subscribe to your app now for 1 year, I'm entitled to only folios with the publication dates between May 2012 and May 2013 (plus a previous folio). I wonder why your folio showed up on the iPad 2 in that case.
