I have installed elements 10 (windows xp service pack 3) with dvd and serial number as per requirement. I want to edit video's and it say's to install trial version. After I try that it says my prossesor on my computer is not right. Why can't I edit videos in the from the first dvd installation.

Did you install Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements? If your problem is just with PRE you should ask in the PRE forum, which is here:

Hi, Photoshop elements 10 is the package I bought with three DVD’S and serial number.

PhotoShop Elements is an image editing program.

Premiere Elements is a video editing program.

If you are unable to install Premiere Elements because your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements, that's that.
