Didn't realise I was being impatient.... here I was thinking that I was just providing you with valuable/helpful information regarding my experiences with a problem using your products.
Perhaps I will seem a little less impatient if your announcement was: "Creative Cloud is now (almost) available"

OK, I have this same issue, After reading am I right that the Issue is that all the preorders are not yet activated yet.
If that is the case then I can wait for that. As long as I know it is not something on my end.
Yes, so sorry for everyone who is delayed getting access to their Creative Cloud membership. We are definitely pushing through all orders just as fast as we can and the latest ETA to have everything processed is around 12:30am PDT. Same problem here. Pre-ordered a while back, order is now showing as completed on My Adobe, yet there is no serial number and all the trial products I installed require one. Also the Creative Cloud area shows me as being on the free subscription package and only offers trial versions or prompts to buy...

I have exchanged email with lots of you and we have been able to get almost everyone up and running.

Be patient. Same thing happened to me and eventually it was activated (after about an hour). Trial splash screen on Illustrator also went to the activated version. First day swamp of the system.
