My CC was charged for Creative Cloud & I am being asked to upgrade again

Adobe has already charged me for Creative Cloud and yet all I see under apps and services is Try and Learn more and a prompt to upgrade again. Please explain or just come out and say we've got problems...should have put this system in Beta before you rolled it out.

    You should have been sent an email with instructions for activating your subscription to the email address you used with your Adobe ID.
