Mobile apps do not seem to be available for CC members despite it being clearly promised in the marketing material here : "http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/creativecloud/tools.html" : "Adobe® Creative Cloud™ lets you download and install any or all of the following applications — and you'll always have access to the latest versions with your membership. "
Underneath this text the page goes onto describes the mobile suite of tools and therefore clearly implies they are included FoC.
Can someone from Adobe clear this up?
Yes I've just noticed that, too. I have just gone to install the apps to use in the studio today and they are not available. It just says 'buy'. When will these be available, as promised?
Otherwise good work, Adobe. Suite is all up and running the morning.
It is also explicity mentioned on the home page of Creative Cloud "Download and install any of the new Adobe Creative Suite 6 apps you want, plus a host of additional tools and services, including Adobe Acrobat® and the Adobe Touch Apps, for creativity on the go"

Can we get an update from an employee on this?
I, for one, am waiting to use these apps as we were promised they would be included, today with the launch of CC. When I click on the 'more info' tab, next to the app in CC (on an iPad) it tries to charge me £6 for the app in the App Store.
Also, kind of related, when will Kuler be available for the iPad?
just2, your link is to the uk site, which has different terms.
If you view the same url without "uk/" in it, you will see each of the mobile apps has a footnote symbol on its name. The footnote indicates the mobile apps are purchased separately.
I also notice the UK pricing is 46 Euro, isn't that quite a bit more than the $49 in the US after exchange rate applied? Maybe that is a factor - I don't know.
I wish they were included, too, though.

Sadly, yes, we get royally messed up with pricing when Adobe sells their s/w in the UK and Europe (Australia is often even worse). It is better than it used to be as the exchange rate used to always be 1:1.
The UK site certainly has no caveats on any of the promises - but how they are going to deliver a different product to us vs the US will be ... interesting. Especially as the promise made on their site, coupled with them taking a payment, now constitues a binding contract for delivery of goods/services. Our laws are sometimes dreadful but, for consumers, they often prove very good indeed.
Perhaps the UK forgot to exclude the Touch apps! Oh dear ... that will cost them.
If you purchase 3 touch apps, you get one month reimbursed from your annual subscription: "Full Annual Members will get a month of Creative Cloud free with the purchase of three apps"
Well I just figured that 46.88 in Euros is about $60 (just did a quick exchange rate search). So, while they are getting the touch apps included in the UK, they are paying about $10 more per month than people in the US.
The cost of all the apps is about $60. So, if you buy the apps right now, its more up front, but its cheaper in the long run. In the UK, they'll have paid that $60 over 6 months, except they'll have to keep paying, and we won't.
Of course... they could have just included them in the US $ price and my whole post would be moot!
It totally baffles me that I can now download any of the Adobe programs worth over 1000€, but am still required to pay 9,99€ if I want to install a Touch App.
Also, on first glance, it really looks like the Touch Apps are included.
It's only when you read the small print, you realise that they are not.
I'm in Belgium. I don't know which "version" of Creative Cloud that puts me in.

Well I've purchased the touch apps (the 4 which work on the iPad) from the App Store (I'm in the UK) and when I look in my Adobe account there is no sign of me getting a month free to cover their cost. How does this work? Can we please get an answer from Adobe? This is rather silly / sketchy at best and I'll be a little annoyed if I don't get my free month after purchasing them.

Courtejoie is right. Think about it guys, how would you get touch apps for free only if your are creative cloud member.. Adobe can't control apple app store or android market. They had to make sure people who don't have creative cloud, don't get them for free... So everyone pays then those who have it get reimburssed in form of a free month..
Will I still get the credit if I purchased two of the apps when they were launched, and purchase one more now? How does adobe know to give me the credit?

I've got to say, this isn't the most elegant method for including the mobile apps in the CC package.
Fair enough there's no way to transfer credit between a 3rd party system and App Store accounts, but this could have been alleviated with CC-specific free versions which require you to log in to authenticate them. Making users take a leap of faith is a bit much; you just have to look at all the questions and after-sales support this system leads to.
