Having pre-ordered creative clouds in April I still have had no contact from Adobe?

It shows in my order history, but no payment has been taken and no contact made from Adobe.

    Hi - The orders are being processed as quickly as possible and they all should be there within the hour.  thanks for your patience.

    I placed it on April 23rd, so within hour seems unlikely?

    The Cloud was just launched, so it's taking Adobe some time to get all the pre-orders filled tonight. Be cool, it'll be completed soon.
