When i sign in and try to modify my account information, the progess circle (which appears when loading 'My Information' page, see attached image) does not disappear.
Because of this I cannot modify my account information. I deleted cookies and internet usage histories, tried with different browsers, but didn't work.
Please fix it or tell me how can I solve this problem.
No one in the forums has access to your Adobe ID account. I would suggest calling the Adobe Customer Service folks to see if they can clear up the issue to allow you to edit your info at Adobe.com
You need to log into your country's Adobe site. For example, people in the UK need to go to this address:

I don't know why this is so but this what I had to do when I wanted to change my delivery address.
