CRASH OF FULL SUITE MAC OS X 10.4.7

ERROR 16 NOTHING WILL STARTUP!!!

 

More problems .

 

WHAT CAN I DO ??

 

It says I have to reinstall everything!

    Do you mean 10.7.4 (not 10.4.7)? The Mac OS X Lion update which just arrived?

     

    If Creative Suite was working before in 10.7.3, maybe you have a faulty update. Often this can be fixed by going to www.apple.com, and install the full update, rather than the incremental update. That often fixes faulty incremental updates.

    I see that I lost the ability to edit posts .. yes It was the 10.7.4 update.

     

    I was hoping that the 10.7.4 update would resolve poor performance problems between Apple and Adobe.

     

    I had to unistall and reinstall everything.

     

    I was able to work with PP, but there was a import error with AE .. with may or may not be related to the 10.7.4 update. Encore is slow to strat up.

     

    I will post a better description following todays tests.

    Hi. After i installed the CS6 on my MAC some applications crashes without opening the interface (Illustrator CS6 and Fireworks CS6). I think that this was a permissions problem. I activated the root user in OS X Lion and trying to login with it, avery Adobe application works fine.

     

    With the root user logged in i launch the repair permissions from disk utility, restarted my sistem and voila, every Adobe CS6 application now works fine for me.

     

    1. Activate root user
    2. Login like root to your system
    3. Launch repair permissions in disk utility
    4. Restart
    5. Login like normal user
    6. If everithig woirks fine please it's better to deactivate root user due to the security reasons.
